• What exactly does Localo do?

  Localo is an autonomous cold-outreach agent for local businesses. You describe the kind of customer you want (e.g. "HVAC owners in Phoenix with 5–25 trucks who miss after-hours calls"), and Localo researches matching prospects, writes a personalized cold email for each one, sends from your company email, and follows up. You only see the replies that look worth your time.

• What's included in the $49/month plan?

  The Localo Membership is a $49/month recurring subscription. It includes 15 credits per cycle (5 monthly + 10 bonus on your first signup) and full Daily Cycles auto-execution — no per-email upcharges, no agency markup. The subscription is hosted through Stripe and you can cancel anytime from your Stripe customer portal.

• How do credits work?

  Each prospect you research and send to uses one credit. A credit is consumed only when Localo actually sends a personalized email — failed lookups, bounced sends, and unsubscribed contacts don't burn credits. Your monthly allowance refreshes every cycle; the 10 signup-bonus credits are a one-time addition to your first batch.

• Who writes the emails?

  Localo writes each email from real prospect context (their site, their city, their recent reviews, their hiring signals) rather than swapping a name into a template. The output is A/B/C variant-tested per campaign so you can see which angle pulls replies, and the variant leading on opens/replies gets auto-tagged once the numbers are statistically meaningful.

• What happens when someone replies?

  Localo reads every reply and classifies the intent — interested, not_interested, out of office, unsubscribe, question, or other. You only get pinged on the ones that look like real interest. Out-of-office auto-responses and unsubscribe requests are handled silently so your inbox stays clean.

• How do I cancel?

  Cancel from your Stripe customer portal anytime — no email ticket required, no "are you sure" conversation. The subscription stops at the end of the current billing period, and any in-flight campaigns finish gracefully. There are no cancellation fees.

• What data stays mine?

  Your prospect lists, your campaign history, your reply logs, your open-pixel events, and the domain you send from are all yours. If you cancel, your historical data stays readable in the admin dashboard for the standard retention window, and you can export it on request. The sending domain is configured under your control — not locked to a Localo-branded address.
